Introduction

The Constro 2020 was held in Pune from 16 to 19 Jan 2020. The launch of the Exhibition which is the largest
construction exhibition in Western India was held at the Residency Club, Pune on 22/4/19. The Pune Construction
Engineering Research Foundation is promoting Research in the Field of Construction with collaborations with
various Institutes. Education through Exhibition is a motto of PCERF in organizing Constro. More than forty
Institutes and professional bodies in Pune are part of the organizing team.

Constro is an excellent way to reach out and establish a connection between the business and the public. Constro
has created waves in domestic & international markets over three and a half decades by setting standards
specifically through its R & D activities. Constro is a major interface between users and customers on the one
hand, and manufactures under a single umbrella for construction materials, methods and machinery on the other.

Exhibition Theme
Mechanized & Intelligent Construction: Modern day construction in the infrastructure and mega-building
projects sector requires high work output in as short a time as possible. Mechanization also ensures better
accuracy and quality control, smarter and less essential ways of working to meet the ever-increasing demand of
the country in the construction and infrastructure sector.

Over the last 20 years, the construction sector has been registering strong growth in the range of 20-25%. Housing
and construction is of the major drivers of growth in more than 40 allied industries including the stone crushing.

Akses RCBD 2020

Category: Civil Software
About:
Akses RCBD is a software for reinforced concrete construction design developed especially for Indian structural
engineers. It is a finite element-based modeling program developed specifically for the construction of reinforced
concrete buildings. The program is developed through the experience of structural engineers, with emphasis on
traditional Indian site drawing technique. On completion of the design, the site drawings are created in.dxf format,
which can be read in different CAD software such as AutoCAD. Geometric coordinates may be imported directly
from architectural working drawings to minimize data entry time.

information about reinforced concrete building design software used in construction. Provide insight about
Seismic analysis and design.

Qwikmix products are factory-made quality controlled mixtures of clay, binders, and chemicals that can be used
by simply adding water to the ground. Qwikmix mortars typically contain special additives that reduce the

specifically through its R & D activities.

Constro 2020 provided the platform to work in unison with all stakeholders (i.e. students, academic institute /
university and industry) in the construction industry to develop ways and means to use construction practices
more efficiently and provide optimum value to the customer.

During Constro many objectives were secured such as to motivate the students and stakeholders toward
developing an attitude of R&D in emerging technologies, to enkindle the thoughts and skills of the students to
come up with innovative and efficient ways of thinking, to develop Industry-Institute relations ,to obtain viable
and workable solutions for the identified problems that are faced by the construction industry.
