Third Quarter Homeroom PTCA Meeting
Minutes of the Meeting
Date: February 1, 2020 // Saturday
Time Started: 1:00 pm
I. The meeting started with a short prayer led by Ma’am Alicia Fabillar.
II. The achievements of the school in the third quarter were discussed during the
meeting.
III. Parents were informed that the there are no additional homeroom project for grade 10
Aries SY, 2019 – 2020.
IV. The following existing problems were identified:
Habitual Absenteeism
Attitude towards school work
Overuse of social media
Cutting classes
Tardiness
V. Parents were reminded of their school obligations and things to remember to avoid
NCOV. The memo provided by the Division office was discussed (Memo No. 85)
VI. JUNIOR’S BALL
Parents were informed on the incoming JS prom for the Grade 10 students, including
the payment and the dress code and theme (QUEEN OF HEARTS – RED AND
BLACK LONG GOWN OR TUXEDO). The exact date is not yet fixed but parents
were assured that they will be informed immediately.
Contribution for the Junior’s ball is 350.00 with the following breakdown:
150.00 – Food
100.00 – Token
30.00 – Sounds
50.00 – Decorations/Photo booth
15.00 – Tables and Chairs
5.00 – Donation
TOTAL : 350.00
The contribution was agreed by the parents and there were no objections.
The following awards will be given on Prom night:
1. Face of the Night
2. Best Suite and Dressed
3. King and Queen
VII. There were no students with honors.
VIII. Consultation on student’s performance.
IX. The meeting ended with a closing prayer led byMa’am Rechel T. Benzon.
