SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

I, ANGELA A. BACASMAS of legal age, Filipino, and a resident of

Purok 8, Brgy. Obrero, Butuan City, Philippines, do hereby name, appoint
and constitute KAREN P. BURDEOS, likewise of legal age, Filipino and a
resident of Purok 1C, Brgy. Tiniwisan, Butuan City, Philippines, to do and
perform on my name and stead all or any of the following acts and things,
to wit:

1. To transact and process papers concerning the issuance of Building

Permit with the City Government of Butuan and all other concerned
offices;

2. To make, sign, execute, submit and follow-up any and all

documents and do other lawful acts in connection with the above
purpose.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING all that said Attorney-In-Fact

full power and authority whatsoever requisite or necessary and proper to be
done in or about the premises as fully to all intents and purposes as I might
or could lawfully do if personally present, hereby ratifying and confirming
all that said Attorney-In-Fact shall do or cause to be done by virtue of these
presents.
