Dear Mayor Lagnada:

Greetings!

I write to respectfully inform you that I am resigning from my post as Legal

Researcher at the City Legal Office effective August 31, 2019.

The period of time that I spent working with you has been very productive. Not only
has it given me many opportunity to broaden my knowledge about the law; it has
also provided me with a platform within which to grow as a young professional. For
all of these I will forever be grateful to you.

For now, I see the need for me to give more time for my studies in order to achieve
my target of graduating hopefully by 2021. Now that I have review subjects, I have
come to recognize certain personal limitations which have prompted me to make
what I think would be a tough decision.

I promise to complete all the tasks assigned to me before I formally leave the office.
And I would be very willing to train and orient whoever will assume the post which I
will vacate.
