Brgy. 12, Paoay, Ilocos Norte after having been duly sworn to in accordance
with law, depose and say that:

I am the Advertising Manager of Abante Ilocos, a daily newspaper

published, edited and printed in Batac City and circulated in Ilocos Norte, from
Monday to Friday with editorial and business offices at 321 De Agosto St., Batac
City, Ilocos Norte.

That the Order of Hearing for the case entitled In Re: Petition for the
Adoption Of Minor Maria Lynn David and for the Change of Her Name to Maria
Angeli Tagabi, printed copy of which is attached hereto, was published in the
said newspaper on February 20, February 27 and March 6, 2017.
