Mitigation, and the Director-General of the National Economic and Development Authority (NEDA) as Vice
Chairperson for Disaster Rehabilitation and Recovery.

The National Council’s members shall be the following:

(a) Secretary of the Department of Health (DOH);

(b) Secretary of the Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR);

(c) Secretary of the Department of Agriculture (DA);
