Parameter configuration and commissioning

After connect all the cables, turn on the battery breaker and AC input breaker.

A, Login the system

1, System Time Zone to “GMT1”

3, Battery Capacity
Configure battery capacity from Battery 1 to battery 4, with actual battery capacity, if not
connected, configure “0AH”

4, Change “Work Mode” to be “Safe”

5, Battery charge coefficient to “0.10”

6, Configure LLVD1 voltage to “44.4”V

8, Start battery Equalized charge

9, Measure battery voltage, each cell battery voltage should be varied within 0.1V.
10, No alarms in the CSU monitor unit before leaving.

For some alarms:

1, “SMR Comm.Fail”
Cause: The power station monitor system can not communicate with the rectifier.
To make the monitor system to scan the Rectifier again.

2, “Batt.T.Invalid”
Cause: Battery temperature sensor not connected or broken.
To check whether the corresponding battery temperature sensor connected or not.
Or whether the battery capacity configure, follow the Step 3 “Battery Capacity” to check the
actual connection.

3, “Batt.Det.Abr”
Cause: Battery not connected or breaker turns off when commissioning.
Start battery detection test for battery discharge 2 minutes and solve the alarm.
