Re: Unpaid Loan

Dear Ms. Santos,

This letter will serve as a formal notice to you that you are in default of
your obligation to pay Mr. Luke Deider, the sum of Twenty-five Million
Four Hundred Thousand Pesos (₱25,400,000.00) advanced to you last
January 11, 2010, plus a yearly interest of Twenty-five percent (25%).

As stated in the Loan Agreement, the obligation became due and

demandable on May 3, 2015. However, no payment has been
tendered on such date.

You are given a period of Five (5) days from receipt thereof to make
good of your obligations to pay the principal amount, together with an
interest due of Thirty-One Million Seven Hundred Fifty Thousand
Pesos (₱31,750,000.00).

Please deliver the said amounts in our office, as indicated in the

address above, any time between 9:00am to 5:00pm.

Failure to settle your obligations after the extended period will be

subject to any legal actions against your company.
