Greetings!

The new school year unfolds a new journey for the new set of Vox Populi club that is established
to raise awareness and promote social issues related knowledge and participation among its
members. To take one step towards putting all ideas and visions into action, the Vox Populi Club
would like to conduct an INDUCTION and FELLOWSHIP PROGRAM for the Vox Populi
members of S.Y 2019 – 2020, on October 18, 2019, Friday, 1: PM – 5:00 PM at Negros Occidental
High School.

In line with this,we will need a venue for the said activity.Hence, would like to ask permission
from your good office to allow us to use the TVL building 1,. ground floor and the following
equipments:

- Two (2) microphones - Sound System

- Podium - Chairs (100 pax)

We would like to seek approval from your good office to allow us to conduct the above
mentioned activity on the aforementioned dates.
