Dear Madam:

Greetings of Peace!

I am LENDIE LOU D. RETITA, 29 years of age, married and a Teacher – I of Nueva Estrella
Elementary School of Cagdianao East District, Division of Dinagat Islands. I have worked very
hard and I have learned everything there in my chosen field which benefitted me personally and
professionally.

In view of this, I would like to formally request a transfer to any vacant school in the District of
Cagdianao East. The reason for my request to transfer is due to some reasons stated herewith:

1. That I have just recently given birth to my second child and I am nursing him through
breastfeeding.
2. As a mother of two kids who most need my immediate care which I can’t give because of
my distance from them;
3. That my present school is one of the far flung schools of the District of Dinagat and
would be very difficult for me to travel with a newborn baby;
4. That it would be of great help for me and to my family financially.

Rest assured that I will be able to transfer my work ethic and commitment to my new workplace.
