   Amy is competent in learning to improve for the future. She loves the students
and she loves sharing new knowledge and ideas with them.

   Amy feels that she's doing the best she can. She feels like she has grown a ton

   Amy has grown as an instructor during these past few weeks. She has become
more concerned about the students' success academically and personally. She
has a lot of excitement as she teaches lessons. Amy has worked with other first
grade level teachers to plan and prepare for future assignments in my classroom.
She is becoming a great teacher.
