Description of Visuals Time Codes

A large black border surrounds the 0:00 - Intro

frame. The video begins with a
handheld shot of Evan sat with his legs
crossed on a dimly lit train. His head is
out of frame at this point.

The angle of the shot changes to reveal 0:03 - Chord Change

Evan’s head. He is sporting blue jeans,
white shoes, a black hoodie and a
chicken mask. Evan briefly observes his
surroundings before taking a moment to
think and then laugh to himself.

We see Evan leaning against a blue 0:10 - Chord Change

metal fence at a train station with his
hands clutching onto his mask as if he is
in fear. The angle of the camera is
slightly tilted to the right to make it look
like his body is stood straight. The station
appears dark.

A handheld shot of a drain cover at the 0:13 - Chord Change

side of the road appears on screen
momentarily.

In this shot, Evan is sat on a different 0:17 - Drums

train (right at the end of the carriage).
Outside the window, we see nothing but
black. His arms are folded as he stares
blankly through the mask until the train
comes out of the tunnel and a small
flood of light makes its way into the
carriage. Once this occurs, Evan turns
his head and again begins to observe
his surroundings.

The scene cuts to the same shot but 0:27 - Chord Change
shows Evan tilt his head downwards
appearing somewhat frustrated and
upset.
The camera shows Evan hurrying up a 0:30 - Drums
set of stairs, dragging his hand up the
rail.

Once he reaches the midpoint of the 0:34 - Chord Change

staircase, the camera cuts and we
return to the shot of Evan sat on a train
but this time he is looking out of the
window behind him and he has his bag
on his lap.

The previous staircase shot resumes 0:36

briefly as Evan continues up the stairs
with his hand sliding up the rail.

A fleeting shot of Evan’s reflection 0:37

staring at himself in a one-way mirror is
shown before the scene cuts once
more.

Again, the shot of Evan making his way 0:39

up a wide staircase resumes play.

Panning shot of Evan walking past a 0:41

wall of graffiti. The camera follows him
until he walks past a painting of a large
bird amongst the defaced wall it then
focuses on the painting.

A handheld extreme close-up of Evan’s 0:46

face wearing the chicken mask.

The shot moves back, and a much 0:51 - Chord Change

wider frame is revealed behind Evan.

The shot moves back again, and Evan 0:54 - Chord Change
begins to make natural movements with
his body.

The camera is pointed downwards at a 0:58

puddle to show Evan’s reflection in the
dark water.

Still shot of Evan sat on the same train 1:02

that he was last on.
A tilt shot of Evan’s reflection in a murky 1:05
puddle, the camera slowly tilts upwards
to reveal him.

Still shot of Evan sat on the train again, 1:15

lifting his bag up onto his lap as he
prepares to disembark.

Still shot of Evan staring into a mirrored 1:17

shop window. Slowly he adjusts the
angle of his head until he is looking
straight down the camera lens.

Handheld close-up shot of a sign that 1:25

reads “Private Property”.

Mid shot of Evan perched upon a bench 1:29

looking around and appearing
somewhat uncomfortable. He is sat to
the left of the frame.

Handheld shot of a drain cover on the 1:39

side of a dark road.

Mid shot of Evan perched upon a bench 1:46

looking around and appearing
somewhat uncomfortable. He is sat to
the left of the frame.

Still shot of Evan staring into a mirrored 1:53

shop window. This time he is looking
around him, appearing confused and
disorientated once more.

Darkly lit handheld shot of Evan sat on a 2:01

bench at a train station, waiting for his
train to arrive.

shop window. At this point, he begins to
stretch as if he is preparing for
something.

Final shot of Evan at the station, as the 2:12

train he was waiting for pulls in.
