for Haj-2020

Dear Sir,

Most respectfully and in response to the above circulars under reference, I am willing to apply for
Khadim-ul-Hujjaj (i.e. Haj Volunteer) which is a free voluntary service without any monetary benefit to assist Indian
Pilgrims proceeding for Haj-2020 in the kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Necessary circular and guideline is available in the official website of Haj Committee of India as well State Haj
Committee/Kolkata (downloaded copy) of both the circular/notice attached herewith for reference and kind
guidance.

For the purpose of applying, I require ‘NOC’ from my employer which I will attach with my application and submit to
State Haj Committee/Kolkata for my candidature for selection of the above free voluntary service. As per the
notification, I am eligible to apply and state that there will be no financial repercussion on Railway’s side. In the event
of my selection, necessary expenses shall be borne by Haj Committee of India as well as State Haj Committee of WB.
No TA/DA is admissible in this tour and I shall not claim anything from this administration. If my selection materializes,
then the entire period of journey shall be treated as duty and necessary entry is to be made in my Service Book.
Therefore , I am enclosing herewith NOC format, latest pay slip and I/Card Xerox for speedy
disposal of the request please. The last date of submission of application is 10/01/2020 in the office of State Haj
Committee/Kolkata.
