How to Update your Oracle Partner Network and Certification Records

There are several steps in updating your OPN and PearsonVUE records. Please follow the instructions below in the order they are written to avoid issues with conflicts in
your records.

You will need your own, properly badged, oracle.com username to access OPN content, including free online training.

- If you do NOT already have an oracle.com account, follow the instructions immediately below.
- If you DO already have an oracle.com account, but need to badge to Accenture, follow the instructions starting at Step 7.

1. Go to www.oracle.com, click on the “Sign In” which is on the top right of the screen. Now you will see drop down for Sign in, click on “Create an account” for
Oracle Account.

2. After you click on “Create an account”, this will take you to the Profile screen.
 - Complete all required information on the profile page
NOTE: Enter your ACCENTURE email address as your Username. Usernames attempting to badge to Accenture using a NON-Accenture email address will be
REJECTED.

- Click the “Create Account” button at the bottom of the screen.

3. You will be taken to a screen that will indicate verification email has been sent.
4. Open the verification email and click ‘Verify email address’ button.

5. You will be taken to the below Page, indicating “Your Account is ready to use”.
6. Click on the “Continue” button and you will be taken to the Oracle Partner Store main screen.

7. Steps to Badge your Oracle account:

- Once you have verified your email, click this link: https://partnerstore.oracle.com/pls/ostore/f?p=pstore:home:13137121518173:::::&tz=-5:00
- Login with the Username and password you just created.
- You will be taken to the Oracle Partner Store main screen.
- Click the “Register for Access” button.
 8. Put your Company ID in the box. This can be found on the last page of this document. Please use the company ID for your Accenture home location country (the
IDs can be found further below). Then click “Next”.

You will be taken to your OPS profile page:

Scroll down to the bottom of the screen.

- Check the box to accept Terms & Conditions

 - Click the “Register” button. This will return you to the home screen and you will be properly badged.

NOTE: You must wait at least 24 hours after completing this process to access OPN content. It takes a refresh cycle for your registration to get across all of Oracle’s
systems.

If you attempt to access OPN content before the 24-hour period is up, you will receive an error message.

There are several steps in updating your PearsonVUE records

1. Update your PearsonVUE information

- Go to http://www.pearsonvue.com
- If you are not registered, kindly follow the steps for registration, go to “For test Takers” under it click “Schedule an Exam”
- Select Oracle under the Testing Program option
- Click “Create account”

- “Privacy Policy Acceptance” dialogue box will open, click “Yes, I agree to the Policies”
- It will take you to a page where you’ve to enter Personal information, this is step 1

- Follow Step 2 – fill contact information and then click “Next”

- Follow step 3: “Enter Additional Information” and click “Next”

- This will take you to Step 4: create user id and password and then click “Finish”
- And this will take you to a page which will display “You have successfully created a web Profile”
- Make a note of your Oracle testing ID, located in the upper right corner of the screen.

2. Check to ensure that your records are showing up in the Competency Center – If you hold any certifications or if you have taken any OPN training, it should be
reflected in your Competency Center view. Here’s how you check to ensure that your records are back in sync after updating your OPN and PearsonVUE
information:
- Wait at least one week after you have updated both records to allow time for the updates to get through both the Oracle and PearsonVUE systems.
- Go to http://competencycenter.oracle.com and login
- Check to make sure your records (certifications and/or training) are reflecting properly in the view
- If your records are not in sync, please send an email to Oracle.Upskilling@accenture.com letting us know that the records are not in sync. Please include your
old username, your new username and your Oracle testing ID in this email. We will escalate the issue with Oracle.

From the Pearson Vue Home Page after logging in, click on additional information
 click on Yes
