MY LAST TRAINING PROGRAM

My name is Rosi Pramana and I am in my last semester of college, I just finished my

training program two months ago. In this short essay, I will tell you about what I have done in
the past six months of my internship program like why I choose this company, in what
department I am, what do I do in there, and many more!

So first of all, I did my internship program at Lifestyle Retreats Indonesia as a Revenue

and E-commerce trainee.
Lifestyle Retreats Indonesia is a Singaporean based unique and dynamic hotel management
company, Their innovative approach to hospitality transforms boutique hotels into a financially
successful and peaceful retreat where both guests and employees benefit. they have seven
different properties in Bali and another one in Cambodia. The name of its properties in Bali are
:

1. The Bale Nusa Dua

2. The Amala Seminyak
3. The Amala Estate Seminyak
4. Ize Seminyak
5. The Santai Umalas
6. The Samata Sanur
7. The Menjangan - West Bali National Park

And the one in Cambodia is :

1. The Bale Phnom Penh

The reason why would I choose this company because of its diversities from these eight
hotels, all of these hotels have a different concept, which means they also have a different kind
of market target so it makes me learn and knowing eight different hotels in that six months of
the period of training. And the reason behind why would I choose the Revenue and E-
commerce department is because I am very interested in numbers and as we all know about
industry 4.0 that digitalize everything includes hotels and hospitality obviously. I did my
training program for six months starting from 3rd of June 2019 until the 3rd of December 2019.
I learned so many things such as making a daily pick up report, making a weekly on the book
market segment report, making a monthly summary report, changing the dynamic rates at
Online Travel Agents like Agoda, Expedia, Booking.com and many more. Also, I have learned
things like being disciplined, being responsible for your own task and being an open-minded
person.

there is not a single thing I wanted to learn but I could not get in this six months of the
period of the training program at Lifestyle Retreats Indonesia it is a perfect place to do your
training program because of its very good environment like the seniors, the task, the situation
of the workplace and the facilities.
 I have been planning to get a new knowledge that could be needed as many as possible
to open a company in the hospitality industry as this industry is very growing in Indonesia.

This is the line where I will give you a short brief of my last training program, I
complete my training at Lifestyle Retreats Indonesia for six months as a Revenue and E-
commerce trainee. I did enjoy my training program, I could learn so many things in eight
different hotels and villa and I want to be an entrepreneur sometimes when I got enough
resources.
