AFFIDAVIT OF SUPPORT

I, CRISTETA M. ABRAHAN, of legal age, married, Filipino, and resident of Manghinao

Proper, Bauan, Batangas, Philippines after being duly sworn to in accordance with the law
do hereby depose and say:

1. That Kristine L. Abrahan of Apart. #1 Liko St., Brgy. Highway Hills, Mandaluyong,
City, Philippines is my granddaughter;

2. That Kristine L. Abrahan’s father, Lamberto M. Abrahan, is my son;

3. That I am willing and able to support her financial undertakings while studying in New
Zealand;

4. That I have a piece of land situated in the central business district of Bauan,
Batangas, Philippines;

5. That the piece of property has nearby hospitals, elementary schools, supermarkets,
and other major business establishments;

6. That I sold my piece of property at a price of Php 1, 200, 0000 or at One million two
hundred thousand pesos to Diana Jocelyn L. Merquiado;

7. That to prove the legitimacy of the sale of property, the sales transaction was entered
into the records of the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR);

8. That the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) is a government institution that is

responsible for the proper collection of federal taxes, including personal and
corporate income taxes;

9. That aside from the sales transactions, my granddaughter, Kristine L. Abrahan, has
her own savings as well;

10. That in total, we have prepared about 1.3 Million pesos (Php1, 300, 000.00) for her
schooling in New Zealand;

11. That I am executing this Affidavit of Support to show that I can support my
granddaughter, Kristine L. Abrahan., on her plan of further enhancing her knowledge
and skills through attending to a school in New Zealand for 1 year;
