RESORT HOUSE RULES AND REGULATIONS

Thank you for staying at Solina Beach and Nature Resort. To make your stay
comfortable and safe, please be guided with the following rules and regulations:

1. All occupants of the room must be properly registered. The Management strictly
follows the maximum capacity of guests per room.
2. Please be courteous to other guests by keeping noise at a minimum level in
public areas and refrain from loud music after 10:00PM.
3. No pets allowed inside the resort premises.
4. Drugs, illegal weapons, inflammable and explosive materials are strictly
prohibited inside the resort.
5. Strictly NO SMOKING inside the guestrooms. There are designated smoking areas
for your convenience. Please be mindful of your cigarette butts and dispose of
them properly.
6. Please make use of the door signage should you wish to have your room
cleaned. Make up room is from 8:00AM until 5:00PM. Please call the Front Office
for replenishment of your room supplies and cleaning services after 5:00PM.
7. Laundry and ironing is not allowed inside the guestrooms. The Resort offers
laundry and pressing services at reasonable prices.
8. Towels should not be taken out of the guestrooms. Pool towels will be provided
when you swim at the beach or the pool area.
9. Outside food and drinks are not allowed inside the resort premises.
10. Cooking inside the guestroom is strictly prohibited. Room Service is available from
7:30AM till 8:00PM (last order is at 7:30PM). Our main dining area, Angga
Restaurant serves breakfast from 6:00AM -10:00AM. Lunch is from 10:00AM –
2:00PM while dinner starts from 5:00PM until 9:30PM. Our Dayun Tower bar offers a
wide selection of drinks to choose from.
11. For Solina Beach and Nature Resort guests who books their Island Hopping Tours
directly with the Resort, packed lunch can be arranged through the Front Desk.
12. Please help us conserve energy. When leaving your room, please ensure all
lights, television, air conditioner and other electrical appliances are turned off.
The power system is 220V AC. Make sure faucets and showers are tightly closed
after use.
13. Please make sure you lock your doors when leaving your room. The
Management is not liable for any loss or damage of guest’s personal belongings
and valuables.
14. In case of injury, the Management is not liable for any medical cost incurred or
emergency care rendered to the guest. The Front Desk has an available first aid
kit should the need arises.
15. The beach and the pool are public areas. Swimming will be at guest’s own risk.
Intoxicated guests are advised not to swim for their own safety. Guests are not
allowed to swim in the beach beyond the designated area. The pool is open
from 7:00AM – 10:00PM.
16. Bonfire is scheduled every Friday and Saturday (free of charge) at 8:30PM.
Weekday request for a bonfire can be arranged at the Front Desk at a special
rate.
17. Check in time is at 2:00PM. Check out time is 12:00NN. For late check out, please
advise the Front Desk. This is subject to availability. Applicable late check out
charges may apply.
18. Please turn over your guestroom key to the Front Desk upon check out. Lost keys
will be charged Php 500.00 each. Any damage to Resort property will also be
charged accordingly.
19. Before or at the time of check out, please allow our Room Attendant to check
your room. Permanent stains on towels, bed sheets and loss of guestroom items
will be charged to the guest’s account.
