    Re: Incomplete Salary (Month of February-March)

    Dear Ms. Ichikawa,

    Greetings!
    I am writing to express my disappointment with my incomplete paid of salary from the month
    of March. I have taken several extra shifts from the demand of the Department to cover its
    needed service. I believe it is best to recognize the effort of every employee working in this
    Department and must be paid the right amount corresponding to its service. This should not
    be overlooked for I am working double-time to raise my own financial needs.
    To resolve this issue, I would like you to pay the corresponding amount of 7 extra shifts that I
    took (Php 1100 every shift, including tax) through cash or bank transfer. I am willing to
    provide my copy of salary and bank details if necessary.

    convenient time
