PROPOSAL FOR ACQUIANTANCE PARTY 2019

The Supreme Student Government as tradition directed , always holds

an annual Acquaintance Party and Induction Program for the student body. The
aim of this activity is to allow the students, both new and old, to mingle and
acquaint themselves with one another. This allows the students to be able to
function better, as they will become more comfortable with working and
interacting with the people around them. For new students, especially, this is
essential.
In line with this we are requesting for the approval of the plans, the
following are the details of the annual event:
Date: July 19, 2019 - 5:00pm-10:00pm
Theme: Retro Vintage (optional)
Contributions: P50.00 per student for stage decorations, raffle prizes and other
expenses
P200.00 per student for dinner
Venue: OWS Quadrangle
Target Project:

 Cellphone Cabinet

In accordance to prohibition of cellphone use during class hours is mandated

by the DepEd Order 83 series of 2003 or the order "Prohibiting Students of
Elementary and Secondary Schools from Using Cellular Phones During Class
Hours".
