Comparative of each situation
- Adding IPE and Plate:
1) Require a lot of welding, for each beam.
2) Ceiling need to be below than projected.
3) Openings in the original beam need to be done.

- Adding a column:
1) Ratio of steel profile is excellent (almost 70%) – We have extra
capacity.
2) Deflection is excellent.
3) Ceiling can stay in the same level as projected.
4) No opening is needed.
5) Connection in the middle of the beams (Axis 5 and 6), which are
needed to be reinforced, are not that critical like they are at the
moment.
6) Foundation pad is required.

Conclusion:
Adding a column is advice.
