Inclusive HR Indonesia (IHRI) is a nonprofit community and professional movement in human resource
management. We are aiming to improve the professional competence of Indonesian human resources and
indirectly encourage Indonesia's socio-economic progress.

Since its establishment on March 16, 2013, we have not only focused on developing the competencies of
Indonesian HR practitioners, but also encouraging the active participation of the HR practitioners to
contribute in Indonesian socio-economic situation.
