welding machine, stainless tools to produce high quality umbilical. We are also
responsible in Tie-in weld of super duplex tubes in helix machine performed by manual
and orbital (automatic) welding. We also connect the unit of machine in every end of
umbilical by manual welding and x-ray every joints. In 3 years, we accomplished 3 big
projects of Kaumbo, Eni and Dalla project.

Welder Boiler one of the most difficult job because of 1 – 2 inches’ distance of the
tube.
Turbine – all pipes are heavy wall and there’s a preheat procedure before start
welding.
The rest are common pipes that use in water line.
