WORKSHOP ON INTEGRATED RESULTS-BASED MONITORING AND EVALUATION (M&E)

Agenda
Lead Unit: Municipal Planning and Development Office Length: Two (2) Days
Objective: Harmonize planning process from top-level to operational / implementation planning, such that related activities to ensure accomplishment
of outcomes and milestones (e.g., budgeting, procurement, performance management, M&E, and reporting) are integrated
Outputs:
1) Functional / master plans synchronized with top-level development plans; and
2) Database structure developed to support development and implementation of an information system that will support the harmonized and integrated
planning process.

Logistical Requirements: Participants are requested to bring their laptop and soft copy of the Executive and Legislative Agenda (ELA).
