Classroom procedure have become smooth over the course of the year. It was challenging
at first to manage flexibility and expectations at the same time, but students eventually
understood my expectations for movement and transitions and recently have become much
faster and quieter during the transition times. We continue to work on keeping the
classroom clean and materials organized, while also maintaining orderly desks to ensure
that we get the most out of instructional time.
