Students understand my expectations for behavior in and outside of the classroom. I

manage this behavior through incentivizing students with Mr. Spike interactions and
House points. Students are also held accountable for their actions with the cubes that they
can lose if they are not meeting those expectations. Responding to misbehaviors, I am
constantly conferencing with students in the hallway to provide them with the one-on-
one attention needed to reflect upon their actions and determine alternative strategies for
monitoring their own behavior, while reaching for success.
