Immigration Project Rubrics are used to assess student work and understanding
Rubric of content.
FOSS Pre/Post Students were given a pre/post assessment from FOSS for
Assessment their Water & Climate unit to measure growth.
Data Binder Reflection Students reflect on their own achievement on projects and
Sheets assessments.

DISTINGUISHED HIGH PROFICIENT PROFICIENT BASIC UNSATISFACTORY

Assessment is a major aspect of my knowledge of students, as well as how to adjust as


needed through instruction. Assessments are developed/reviewed prior to instruction to
ensure instruction is aligned with what will be measured. Students regularly reflect on
their own progress and performance to take an active role in their learning and be
accountable for their work.
