Benita Via D. Villacorta

Grade 11 Student
Ateneo de Manila University
President Carlos P. Garcia Ave, Quezon City, 1108 Metro Manila

Dear Ms. Villacorta,

With heart filled with remorse, I am writing to express my heartfelt apologies for being unable
to respond immediately to your request for a list of grade 12 students who got a grade of less
than 80 in the third quarter, which is essential for your study.

The arrival of your request letter is in line with the submission of the performance tasks of my
grade 12 students. Due to this, your request letter has been inserted into the pile of papers. I
found it this morning when I checked the projects of my students.

As an educator, it is my duty and responsibility to provide immediate aid to every learner in

solving their problems, especially those that are related to academics. However, I admit that
this time I failed in carrying out that obligation to you. Because of this, I already made
arrangements to prevent this from happening again in the foreseeable future.

I really hope that this would still be useful to you. Attached herewith is the list of grade 12
students who obtained a grade less than 80, which you have requested. Please do not hesitate
to approach or write to me if you have any queries or concerns about these documents.
Once again, I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience you may have experienced with
respect to my failure of responding to your request promptly.

I hope for you kind consideration regarding this matter. Thank you for your understanding.

Respectfully,

MR. JHON CARLO ARBOL
