Promotional Strategy

Arcanum: Adventure Park will use different media to reach out its market and to

provide public awareness on its existence. The business will use a mix of the following

marketing methods:

Social Networking Sites

The business will create a web portal and social media accounts for

Facebook, Twitter and Instagram that will contain all the necessary information

about the establishment. It will also have regular updates regarding latest

promotional scheme and special events that the adventure park will be doing for

a period of time. The information shown in the portals will be checked,

supplemented and monitored by a small team from the marketing department.

Posters

The business will use posters around the vicinities and other advertising

stands in the city to help raise awareness of the services and activities the

business will offer to the public.

Fliers and Pamphlets

The business will give fliers and pamphlets to its existing and potential

customers through Department of Tourism and other related government

agencies in the city. The pamphlets and fliers will contain all the necessary

information about the services and activities offered by the business. Contact

information will also be included such as contact number, social networking site

accounts and website for inquiries.


Word of Mouth

The researchers believe that through satisfied customers, the business

will be known more by spreading their satisfactions about the services and

activities offered to their friends and family thus expecting more potential

customers. Their experiences with the services and activities will be orally shared

to others as a way of creating publicity.

The business will also have advertisement through local radio stations to

promote to their listeners as potential customers.
