I am writing to express my sincerest apologies for being unable to respond immediately to

your request for the medicines and medical equipments that you want to deliver to your
hospital.

Our company, with its newly appointed administration, has been experiencing a series of key
staff changes for the past weeks, which may have resulted in your letter of request being
overlooked. Consequently, it took almost one weeks before your letter reached my office.
