Community partner project plan:

For the community partner project, I plan on submitting short profiles of what each station at the
Source does to help homeless people. The website currently only names the different aid
available but fails to talk more in depth about what organizations are there and the people
behind each booth. Before each meeting, all the volunteer workers form a circle and describe to
each other who they are working with and what they can do to help. I think it would be super
helpful to record the introductions and write profiles about each person and what he/she is doing
to help. My vision for this would be a more detailed looking web page where people can view
the different types of help they are looking and possibly even find the contact information of
each station. Additionally, it would be easier for homeless people to follow through with the
organizations they met up with. If they ever forget how to reach that organization, they just have
to visit the web site and the cell phone or email will be present.
