 The Department of Education highlights its vision and mission together with its core values through the

slogan
“Para sa Bata, Para sa Bayan”. As stated in the DepEd’s mission, Teachers facilitate learning and constantly
nurture every learner. Administrators and staff, as stewards of the institution, ensure an enabling and
supportive environment for effective learning to happen. Linked towards the birth of Monitoring, Evaluation
and Adjustment or MEA.
 Our beloved guests, school heads, ladies and gentlemen good afternoon and welcome to District Monitoring,
Evaluation, and Adjustment Conference in the First Quarter of School Year 2019-2020.
 To formally start this afternoon’s conference, may I request everyone to please stand as we show respect and
patriotism of our nation through the singing of the Philippine National Anthem. This is to be followed by Sugbo
Hymn and Medellin Hymn. Today’s conference will be blessed through a prayer.
 Please be seated and make yourself comfortable. Good afternoon everyone.
 To give us a warm welcome in this afternoon’s conference, please give a hand to Mr. Ronalito M. Ursal the
school principal of Almacen-Torrevillas National High School.
 Thank you Mr. Ursal.
 Our gathering today is not a coincidence because we are here for a purpose and that purpose will be shared
to us by Mr. Wilfredo O. Besabella our Public Schools District Supervisor. A round of applause please.
 Thank you Mr. Besabella for giving us the true purpose why we are all gathered here today.
 This conference will not be possible without our dear guests and participants. Calling in Mrs. Lilibeth M. Ursal
the school head of Curva National High School for the presentation of the participants.
 Thank you Maam Ursal.
 One of the DepEd’s Mission states that Family, community and other stakeholders are actively engaged and
share responsibility for developing life-long learners.
 The Local Government Unit of the Municipality of Medellin is one of the active stakeholders that supports the
learners, the teachers, and the school as well. Everyone, please help me welcome the Father of the Municipality
of Medellin our very own Mayor Hon. Joven J. Mondigo,Jr for his message. A round of applause please.
 Thank you very much Mayor.
 And now without any farther ado, let us move forward to the DSMEA proper by Mrs. Elizabeth D. Arreglo the
school principal of Medellin National High School.
 Thank you Maam Arreglo for that very informative, clear and specific details of today’s conference.
 At this juncture we are going to hear the response from the division management team headed by Dr. Norman
Blanco Education Program Supervisor and Mrs. Araceli Cabahug TLE Supervisor.
 Thank you Sir Blanco and Maam Cabahug.
 Before we are going to officially end this conference, may I request Mrs. Gemma Cristina A. Castro the school
principal of Curva Elementary School for the Acknowledgement. A round of applause please.
 Thank you so much Maam Castro.
 Today’s conference will lead us to strive more in our different station. To the Division Management Team, to the
Municipal Mayor, the Elementary and Secondary school heads, thank you all so much for spending your precious
time in today’s conference for the benefit of our learners, Para sa bata para sa Bayan. This is your DMEA Host
