OUR STUDENTS:

LOCATION:
We are located in Auckland, New Zealand, with three well-
positioned campuses – one central city, one on the North
Shore across the Auckland Harbour Bridge and one in
Manukau, South Auckland.
Auckland is ranked fourth equal in the world’s top cities to live
and work in. * It is located in the north of the North Island and
is the largest and most culturally diverse of New Zealand’s
cities, with a population of more than 1.2 million people – 27%
born in other countries.
PROGRAMMES:
AUT offers over 250 undergraduate and postgraduate
programmes through the Faculties of Applied Humanities,
Business & Law, Design & Creative Technologies, Health &
Environmental Sciences, and Maori Development. Within the
Faculties the Schools offer programmes in Applied Sciences,
Art & Design, Business, Communication Studies, Computing
& Mathematical Sciences, Creative Technologies, Education,
Engineering, Health, Hospitality & Tourism, Languages, Social
Sciences and Sport & Recreation. Certificates, Diplomas,
Foundation Studies and English Language are also available
to staircase students from pre-degree to PhD.
RESEARCH:
AUT places great emphasis on developing a culture in which

Test of Written English (TWE) or Computer-based - total score
of 133 with minimum Essay rating of 3.5 or Internet-based -
total score of 46
PRE-DEGREE – DIPLOMA - IELTS
(Academic) score - overall 5.5 with no band less than 5.0 or
Overall score of 6.0 with no band less than 5.5
TOEFL score: Paper-based - total score of 550 with minimum
of 4.0 in Test of Written English (TWE) or Computer-based -
total score of 213 with minimum Essay rating of 4.0 or Internet-

UNDERGRADUATE DEGREE - IELTS
(Academic) score - Overall score of 6.0 with no band less than 5.5
TOEFL score: Paper-based - total score of 550 with minimum
of 4.0 in Test of Written English (TWE) or Computer-based -
total score of 213 with minimum Essay rating of 4.0 or Internet-
based - total score of 80
POSTGRADUATE - IELTS
(Academic) score - Overall band score of 6.5 & band score of 6.0
in all bands
TOEFL score: Paper-based - total score of 575 with minimum of
4.5 in Test of Written English (TWE) or Computer-based - total
score of 233 with minimum Essay rating of 4.5 or Internet-
based - total score of 90

Years, MBA 18 months but can be completed in 1 year as well. These programs are for 4 Years: BHSc. (Physiotherapy), Bachelor of Medical Laboratory Science and Bachelor of Engineering Honours.
