II. DETAILS OF THE PROJECT

A. Rationale
The main purpose of the activity is to conduct a training which will create
venue suitable for learning and awareness for today’s youth.

B. Goals and Objectives


The goal of the team building activity is typically to nurture cognizance
of the esprit de corps and to boost loyalty to the team's apportioned goals and
targets. The appropriate way utilized, activities can strengthen robust
interpersonal relationships which aid to bond the team nearer together. The aim of
team improvement should incorporate the support of individual team members to
collaborate together in the team's workplace environment, mingling and
combining skills into a combined effort so that each individual's goal
accomplishment is plugged into the greater overall team goal accomplishment.

III. ACTIVITY KIT


A. Enfold- an innovative product created primarily for the activity only. It is a
combination of an envelope and a folder.
B. Souvenir Program
C. Identification Card with I.D. lace
D. Official Stationery
E. Survival Kit- this pamphlet contains the actual notes of the resource
speaker/facilitator for the training.
F. Ball pen

B. Expected Output
The training is expected to be lively and interactive. It will concentrate
more on team-oriented tasks and activities.

The participants are expected to be more aware to their group/team. Their


sense of responsibility is also expected to be awakening after attending the
training. They are expected to review and assess their current stage of team
development and also to identify clear short term goals, the next steps they must
achieve to move to the next level.
