2. This case to the Alarm And Scandals that transpired in Purok 3,

Barrio Binangkal, City of Capiz. The Alarm and Scandals started
because of some other customer interrupting and distracting him while
drinking alcoholic liquor and he fired his unlicensed firearm in
three times. The suspect named Juan Dela Cruz.
