Early Years toughest for small businesses

Summary:
In order to grow small busines you have to be paitiente and hard working. In professional
business when you open a shop or an office and no clients and customers then this situation
frustrate a lot. So in first two or three years you just have to full attention on your work without
worrying about the results. Tom Boyne open Boyne clark in 1900’s and he got nothing in the
start but his staff made more money then him. Jhon A Young who came onboard in 1975, still
remembers that hi first desk was on bath tub. Company offers diverse range of services
including entertainment and health law. The key to small business growth is never expect
bigger in the start and in this way the business grown every year and continue to grow without
any limit but it was not easy in teh the first 2 years as it hurts and demotivate when you don’t
see anything but your consistency is the main reason behind business growth and then enough
customers and other people started to know you, but this period is difficult period.
