l-lunter's Choice
An education program that
informs deer hunters about
their non-toxic ammunition
choices, which will safeguard
wildlife and human health.

Hunter's Choice will promote voluntary change

through a series of workshops that allow hunters
to experience different characteristics of
ammunition options.Inforrration also will be
added to Youth Firearm Safety classes and
hunter education courses.

Lead-based ammunition disintegrates on impact--scattering fragments far beyond the animal's

wound track. This makes it almost impossible to remove all the lead during processing.
