A Product Review on HUAWEI P30 Pro

HUAWEI P30 Pro is an upgraded design of HUAWEI P20 Pro but with all the best
features of Mate 20 Pro. HUAWEI P30 pro was released last March of 2019.

The strength of this phone is in its specifications, powered by a Kirin 980 chipset.
Kirin 980 is a 64-bit high-performance mobile ARM LTE SoC designed by HiSilicon and
introduced in late 2018. Fabricated on TSMC's 7 nm process, the 980 incorporates four
big Cortex-A76 cores operating at up to 2.6 GHz along with four little Cortex-A55 cores
operating at up to 1.8 GHz. The Kirin 980 is 37% more powerful than the Snapdragon
845 and 32% more power efficient. Part of the Kirin 980 is the Mali-G76 MP10 GPU,
which helps games run very well even on high settings.

This phone has 8GB of RAM helping to keep multitasking smooth and storage
options of 128GB, 256GB, 512GB that can store a lot of apps, photos, videos, audios
and files. The HUAWEI P30 pro barely became even slightly warm during intensive
periods of gaming.

It packs a huge 4200mAh battery. Battery life is truly excellent that can last roughly
two days of normal usage and it is one of the best phones around for media-streaming
endurance. HUAWEI ships a hefty 40w charger inside the box of the P30 Pro, which will
fully charge the 4200mAh cell in just over an hour. It is incredibly more impressive
because it can go from 0-70% in only 38 minutes.

Moreover, the exciting part about this phone is its camera. It has three cameras on
the back: a main 40-megapixel with an f/1.6 lens and a RYYB rather than RGB pixel
arrangement. An ultra-wide 20-megapixel unit, and a telephoto 8-megapixel for
zooming. The 8-megapixel camera uses a periscope design for incredible zooming. This
is the best phone for zooming in on shots because it can zoom up to 10x-50x. In terms

of night shots, the P30 Pro shoots incredible night shots and can grab more detail in low
light.

However, the disadvantages of this phone are its price and durability. For the price of
HUAWEI P30 Pro, it is expensive and not a lot of people can afford this type of phone.
Its price can range up to P 30,000 - P 50,000 depending on what storage options will
the person will choose. It has storage options of 128GB, 256GB, and 512GB. And for
its durability, it is breakable just like all type of phones and a user/buyer must use
carefully this type of phone because it is made of glass and metal.

In addition, confusion arises if its 10x – 50x camera zoom is really worth to use or
not. Many people buy this type of phone because of its incredible camera: the amazing
night shot features and intense zooming capability of it. But according to surveys, the
10x - 30x camera zoom of it can be useable but the 40x – 50x camera zoom of it can
still be useable but it blurs. Therefore, the 10x - 30x camera zoom of HUAWEI P30 Pro
can be useable while the 40x – 50x is can still be useable but only it blurs.

The theme of this phone is about photography. Majority of the buyer/user reason
why they buy this kind of phone is because of its incredible camera capability. It
captures a high quality photo and has a incredible night features that can make a dark
place to a visible place. Compared to other phone camera, the P30 Pro's camera was
producing photos in low light that would not be rivaled by anyone. The P30 Pro
seemingly has everything. The Pixel 3 is incredible in low light thanks to Night Sight but
lacks the wider field of view and multiple cameras. The Galaxy S10 is a great all-
rounder but lags far behind in the zoom department. Devices like the Oppo Reno offer
10x zoom but fail to hit other areas that the P30 Pro does.

The HUAWEI P30 Pro is an impressive smart device. It gives a premium look and
feel from every angle, and sets the bar for smart phone photography quality and ability.
It has a lot of great features that a user wants to have to make his life easier in this era,
where a phone is not considered a want anymore but a need.
