I, Gilbert C. Binas, Assistant Professor III, currently teaching at Northern Iloilo

Polytechnic State College, Batad Campus, Batad, Iloilo heartily applying for transfer of
teaching station at NIPSC Main Campus, Estancia, Iloilo for the following reasons to
wit:

1. That I am teaching in my present station for sixteen (16) years with utmost
dedication;

2. That I am a bonafide resident of Villa Panian, Estancia, Iloilo and I am pretty

sure that I can extend many services even beyond official hours for the benefits of
the college and students and a safer travel in going home; and

3. That it is my great opportunity because my present station is far from my

residence hence time and travel expenses could be of great help for the education
of my son in Grade 12.
