Dear Ms. Go,

This letter serves to formally extend my gratitude and appreciation for the
trust given to me by the Convention Committee of the Soroptimist International by
allowing me to be the exclusive exhibit organizer for the Soroptimist Convention to
be held on May 8 to 9, 2020 at The Manila Hotel. In lieu of this, I have agreed to
settle the amount of One Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos (Php 150,000.00) plus
extra charges for the tables provided for by Manila Hotel. In this regard, I
appreciate the responsibilities and discretionary power conferred to me by the
association on the following:

• that we have the full authority to choose the exhibitor and participants as to
prevent duplicate merchandisers
• sole discretion to control or charging of fees towards the exhibitors to cover
the expense of the event
• determine the booth placement of each exhibitor within the set limitations
provide for by the hotel
• authority to coordinate all process and physical arrangements as provided
by the hotel
