REAL ESTATE MORTGAGE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This Agreement made and executed by and between:

TERESITA Z. CATARMAN, Filipino, of legal age, married to Winnifredo

Catarman and a resident of Balite Lagao, General Santos City, hereinafter referred to as
the MORTGAGOR, and

NANCY J. SANTOS, of legal age, Filipino, married and a resident of General

Santos City, hereinafter referred to as the MORTGAGEE.

WITNESSETH:

That the MORTGAGOR is indebted unto the MORTGAGEE in the sum of THIRTY
FIVE THOUSAND PESOS (P35,000.00), Philippine Currency, which is agreed to be
payable within a period of three (3) months subject to an interest of ten percent (10%) per
month;

That for and in consideration of said indebtedness, the MORTGAGOR , does

hereby convey and deliver by way of MORTGAGE a parcel of land situated in
Katangawan, General Santos City together with all the improvements found thereon, to
wit:
“Lot No. 289-H, Psd-11-050071, containing an area of THREE
THOUSAND NINETY NINE (3,099) square meters, more or less and
covered by Transfer Certificate of Title No. T-79811.”

That the conditions of this obligation are such that if the MORTGAGOR, her heirs,
administrators, executors, and assigns shall fulfill the obligation above-stated according
to the terms thereof, then this obligation shall become null and void; otherwise, it shall
remain in full force and effect;

That in case of default in the payment of the obligation, the MORTGAGEE may
foreclose the mortgage property judicially or extra-judicially pursuant to law.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, we have hereunto set our hands this 17 th day of

October, 2012 at General Santos City, Philippines.
