Paper Size: Long/Folio? 8.5’’x13’’ Margin: Narrow

Note: If there’s no Folio, go to more paper size
and change the height to 13.

OPTION 1: 4 COLUMNS
1. Click Column and then go to More Columns… 2. Change Number of Columns to 4.

Note: Make sure to

change the
Orientation to
Landscape.
OPTION 2: BOOKFOLD
(If you use this one, when you print it, it will immediately print the same format as a book.)

1. Layout →Size →More Paper Sizes… 2. Margins→ Multiple Pages → Arrow Down → Book fold

Bold
Spacing: 1.0 ; Remove Space After Paragraph

Italic
For the Guide Words:
1. Insert → Text Box→ Simple text box

Note: If you still don’t understand what

guide words are, please do get a dictionary
and look at the left or right topmost part of
each page.

2. Click the Text box →Layout Options→Behind Text

Note #1: The Behind Text Wrapping allows you to move the text box
beyond the margin.
Note #2: Guide words should not be aligned with the words in the
dictionary and thesaurus.
3. Type inside the guide words and move it beyond the margin line or above the
first word of the page.
