Time:

On January 15, 2020, Hobaib chinka and I, discussed about the living
things and the non-living things. But before we started the discussion ma'am Rollorata instructed
the children to listen and Focus and she prepared them to pray. The first thing we did is we
shared some stories or introduction to connect the topic and I have observed that the children are
trying their best to understand the topic. While I am discussing some children are asking their
classmates. Which they wanted to make sure what they are trying to learn. It is overwhelming
because we gave a short activity about what we have discussed with my partner then they really
managed to answered it well. I asked them individually to differentiate the living things and non-
living things through showing them the image which shows the living things and non-living
things. where some pupils answered me directly. We checked also the paper and the outcome of
their test is almost perfect

activity because they answered it immediately. I noticed also that this morning is wonderful

NARRATIVE REPORT

Date: January 22, 2020

Time:

On January 22, 2020 the demonstrator discussed about the parts of the
plants. The pupils got interested to listen carefully because it is a lesson where they can gain
knowledge about the parts of the plants. the demonstrator shared a story about the plants before
he discussed the topic. The pupils are enjoying listening to what topic is, because the
demonstrator is excellent in delivering a subject. The teaching strategy used was absolutely great
because the learners are learning and enjoying. And also there is an activity after the discussion.
Which is all of them got the highest score. The pupils also called individually in the front to
answer the written questions on the board.

Time:

On January 29, 2020 my classmate Gwen demonstrated the

differentiates between more and less where the children are interested to listen because they are
able to know the meaning of less and more. Before the discussion started. Mrs. Rollorata recaps
first the topic that was explained to them in few days. And she gave an eyes breaker which is
dance to make the children more energetic and avoid procrastinate. As I observed them. The I
noticed how ma’am Rollorata give her best to make her children acquire knowledge. Then after
the discussion, Ms.Gwen provided an image that shows less and more then she let the pupils to
analyze it and understand it. After asking them individually, Gwen provide again a short activity
to nourish their understanding about the topic through also the guide of other students from CED
But still the children managed to identify the differentiate between more and less. Most pupils
got a high score. But no one got a low score which means they totally listening to the

are interested to learn and to adapt knowledge. Although some of them are sometimes silly and
clingy to their seatmates they still managed to participates to the class. Their willingness to learn
shows their great future because they enjoy studying and filled with love and care to each other.
Before the class end, Mrs. Rollorata asked them if they really understand the topic and advice

NARRATIVE REPORT

Date: February 08, 2020

Time:

Demonstrators from CED in Iligan Medical Center College was only

given chance to demonstrate once in order to divide the topic equally to everyone. On February
08, 2020 the two demonstrators discussed about the bodies of Water. While they are discussing I
noticed that the pupils are getting hard to understand the bodies of water because the
demonstrators provided sample of water where the pupils got wondered because it is all water
but has difference name. And discussed where the water came from and who is the creator of it.
But because of the strategy of teaching by the demonstrators the pupils got it at end. Because
they asked them individually and they let them answer the question in front. Though they had a
hard time to manifest it at least they know the meaning and purpose of water. The result of their
activity is almost perfect because they are guided by the other CED students to answer it
properly.

NARRATIVE REPORT

Date: February 19, 2020

Time:

On February 19, 2020 We went to Cherubim Child Development

Center and listened to ma'am Rollorata to her instructions in order for us CED students to deliver
our topics clearly. She gave an example on how to catch the attention of the children and to focus
to the discussion. Which is for me it is helpful because she taught us to make our discussion
effectively to the learners. Then the demonstrator applied what ma'am Rollorata said. Pupils are
having a nice mood this day because they easily understand the topic and they are able to answer
the activity quiz immediately. The topic was all about left and right.

Time:

On February 26, 2020 the demonstrator discussed about the

communication tools. There are visual aids provided to make the topic deliver clearly. Before the
discussion started, the pupils are asked individually about their own knowledge in
communication tools. Pupils participated well because they give and share what they know and
what the facilitator asks. Also they are not scared to stand when their names are called to answer
in front. After the discussion there is also a activity which they have to give an example of
communication tools . Some got the right answers and some still wondered what should be
answer. But still it feels good because they are trying their best though they are stuck between
yes or no to their ideas. The results of their activity quiz are well done it because they are guided
by the CED students.

CONCLUSION

As future teacher, I am glad that I have a NSTP subject because I experienced how to

demonstrate in front other young faces which inspired me to share the knowledge that I have

learned. Seeing pupils while observing them would really melt your hearth to the point that you

are seeing their near future to be successful in life. Goals of NSTP Was Develop civic

consciousness and national defence preparedness among the Filipino Youth particularly those

that enhance their total well-being as agents towards the pursuit of national development. Which

really enlightened us CED to nourish our interest in teaching and embrace our course to conquer

the world. Because teachers are the one who makes profession.

We gave pure service to the pupils that they deserved to have but we received gold from them.

Which is we gained a lot of benefits from going to their class. Because it is not about the grade

that we have to achieve but also an experiences that taught us to face our future profession. I

thank Mrs. Rosa D. Rollorata for giving us a chance to handle her class freely and also to ma'am

Flora Mae C. Sobesol for making our experiences more relevant to our chosen course.
