is a leading food and beverage
group in Singapore and Asia
Pacific.

The Group manufactures and

markets a wide range of
beverages under its 'POKKA'
brand, as well as owns and
operates restaurant chains under a portfolio of proprietary brands. Backed by over 30 years of
experience in the beverage industry and more than 16 years in restaurant and food outlet
management, Pokka is well-entrenched in the F&B scene of Singapore & Asia Pacific region.

Today, Pokka has carved a strong niche in the ready-to-drink beverage market with a brand
name that is synonymous with healthy tea and fruit drinks. The Group has also successfully
expanded overseas with its beverages now sold to consumers in more than 50 countries across
Asia, the Middle East and Europe. In Singapore, its flagship beverages are POKKA 'Green
Tea' and 'Carrot Fruit Juice', which both rank as the No. 1 choices in their respective
categories.

Pokka Corporation (S) Private Limited, Malaysia Branch incorporated in April 1995 was
established to grow the business further in Malaysia. With a major transition in 2007, Pokka
aims to be the "choice of beverage brand" to lifestyle and health conscious consumers.
Brief History
In 1977, the Company commenced production of canned drinks at 22 Chin Bee Road for the
local market as well as for the Middle East. In view of the growth in operation, the Company
acquired the leasehold property at 39 Quality Road in 1987 from Jurong Town Corporation
for the construction of a new factory building. With the new factory and the purchase of new
equipment, Pokka Singapore's production capacity increased three-fold. To keep up with the
advances in manufacturing technology and to ensure that the company remains competitive in
the industry, Pokka Singapore has through the years invested aggressively in new equipments
and manufacturing facilities.

In 1997, S$4 million was invested to set up a hot-fill PET bottle blowing and filling line, the
first of its kind in South East Asia. The innovative PET bottles are the culmination of
exhaustive research and efforts to create a new trend. It helps the company to establish a
strong leadership position in the non-carbonated drinks market.

In October 2001, the Company invested in the Aseptic PET Bottle Filling System in order to
meet the increasing high demand for PET bottle products. This system has a higher production
capacity and the Company now has the capability to manufacture certain products that could
not be produced feasibly using the hot-filled line.

Over the years, our strategy has been to continually invest in new technologies to build a
state-of-the-art beverage manufacturing facility. Pokka is believed to be the first beverage
manufacturer in Singapore to invest and operate the aseptic PET bottle filling system, which
enhances the quality of our beverages. We are also continually making improvements to our
production efficiency through investments in process automation as well as capacity
expansion to keep pace with the demand for our beverage products.

The broad choices of product portfolio and packaging cater to varying retailing and consumer
requirements in different markets. Today, more than 60 varieties of beverages in various
packaging are being produced in Singapore and Malaysia for distribution in both local and
overseas markets.
Quality Endorsement and Award
The "Pokka" trademark is synonymous to "Quality" and this is made possible by a team of
experienced and qualified quality control personnel working tirelessly in its Quality
Assurance Department. All products are manufactured under the license and strictest quality
control standard of Pokka Japan.

The quality control process starts off with checks of the raw materials before they are fed into
the production process. Inspections are also carried out at various stages of the production
process. As a further precaution against shipment of defective or substandard products to
customers, the finished products are kept under incubation before shipment or delivery to
allow standard sampling and checking procedures to be carried out.

 As a testament to our adherence to stringent quality, hygiene and food safety standards, our
beverage manufacturing processes have been awarded several accreditations. These include
the ISO 9001:2000, ISO 22000:2005, Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP),
and British Retail Consortium (BRC) Global Standard Food certifications.
Research & Development
At the heart of Pokka's growth is our dedication to constant product innovation. By staying
attuned to diverse and changing consumer tastes across different markets, we continually
develop new beverages that are tailored to suit local preferences. We have a food technologist
from Japan as a research specialist in our Group's beverage research and development (R&D)
team.

At present, our R&D team has developed more

than 60 varieties of RTD beverage products that
are sold in different markets around the world.
Pokka was also the first to launch the Carrot Fruit
Juice and Jasmine Green Tea in cans.

distribution of Pokka products for the domestic market. Our sales team is committed to
