The first thing that crossed my mind when I first saw this picture is the
hard work of every Filipino. We might take this picture as a simple man fixing a
shoe. But while looking at it, it made me think of every places that I’ve been to,
every achievements that I’ve achieved, and every steps that I’ve took that
helped me be a better person. All regards to our dearest shoemakers who make
their best to make good shoes that will take us places. If we look deeper into the
picture, we can the hard work of a Filipino man making a living by making
shoes. Consider that the shoes they make are the shoes that we are using on
our everyday lives. Think about all the places we’ve been to because of that
shoes. This picture made me realize that I should take and give credit to people
behind my success and achievements. The picture tells me to appreciate these
people that even though we don’t know each other, their hard work helps me to
take one step at a time. It is a reminder to all of us that we should take a good
path and walk appreciation to others. Let us keep to our hearts that good shoes
take us to good places and so do people.

Hard work is a great deal of effort and endurance. Hard work leads you
to success. This picture speaks to me as an eye-opener. We can see in this
picture that the construction worker is under the sun probably covered with
sweat. But for me, this picture is a true example of hard work. Lots of us
Filipinos are aiming for a better future, a better job where we could make
more money and where we can do our job comfortably. This picture made
me appreciate little things. We may have high dreams and we may aim
higher than we could have imagine. But looking at this picture made me
want to think and appreciate the effort of those people who do their best just
to accomplish their job even if it’s giving them a hard time. Without them, we
clearly don’t have those good and tall buildings. Without their efforts, we
couldn’t have those beautiful houses where we live in. These kinds of people
deserve our appreciation. Open our eyes on the reality of life and let us
cherish other people behind all this things. The picture also shows strength,
that even if we are having a hard time, we should all keep going and start
believing in ourselves in order to earn success.

Being distant from a loved one is

heartbreaking for all of us. Many families are suffering from this problem and we
can admit that it gives changes and gap between family members. Children
develop in the attention and lead of their parents. They grow vigorous because
of their mother and father. What if they grow without their parents, what kind of
person would they become? Countless families are suffering from these kinds of
problems and many children are being kept away from their parents. Truly love
requires sacrifice. Parents toil abroad to gain an immense income for their
household. They work overseas so that they will be capable to prolong the
critical necessities of their household. It is truly tough and galvanizing to work
abroad. But what can we do? Sometimes we should accept things even if it hurts
us the most. Self-sacrificing does not intend that a parent gives up his or her life
for their kids. But they do stop up setting much of their life on clasp in order to
set the child’s needs first. Thus, we should appreciate our parents more and we
should give and show them love that they deserve after doing everything just to
make us happy. Nothing great was ever accomplished without making
sacrifices.
