John Hattie = a meta-analizat aprox. 50 000 de studii despre educatie, cateva sute de mii de elevi de
toate varstele si vreo 800 de metastudii. Toate - despre ce functioneaza sau nu in educatie. A facut
statistici si o lista ordonata cu cei mai influenti factori ai succesului scolar. In ciuda convingerii multor
profesori, familia si background-ul cultural nu au relevanta mai mare decat strategiile didactice si
tehnica efectiva la clasa. Iata, in ordine, cei mai importanti "influencers" ai succesului scolar, asa cum

Daca te uiti bine sus, niciunul din factori nu este litera de lege sau practica generalizata in clasele din
Romania. Mai mult, pe primul loc e nevoia copilului de a sti unde se se afla mereu si de a isi da singur
nota. Nu profesorul da nota, testele nu sunt mijloace de a prinde și pedepsi pe nimeni. De aici rezulta
cat este de important ca intre profesor si elev sa existe parteneriat, nu pretentii de superioritate, nici
teama esecului.
