VIII. Course Description

This is a three (3) units major course of Bachelor of Arts in Communication. Principles and practices in the use and operations of radio and tv
as broadcast media including basic skills in writing, tips for modulation and guidelines for production in broadcasting.

The college is implementing a 50% passing grade percentage all throughout the grading system category. At the end of the
semester, a student incurring a grade of 3.0 and below means a passing grade while 3.1 to 4.0 (conditional failure) are
required to take the removal examination of the subject. (Excerpt from the Students Handbook, Rule XVI)
