AFFIDAVIT OF SELF-ADJUDICATION WITH SALE

I, LUCKY MANZANO, of legal age, Filipino citizen, single, and residing at Panacan,
Davao City after having been duly sworn to according to law hereby depose and state, that:

I am the sole and only surviving legal heir of the late LUIS MANZANO who died two
years ago at Seoul, South Korea, leaving without any will or debt that has not been settled up to
the present;

The said deceased at the time of his death left a parcel of residential land situated at
Panacan, Davao City, which is more particularly described to wit:

“A parcel of residential land situated at Panacan Relocation, Davao City designated as

Lot No 10626-E-3 part containing an area of One Hundred Fifty (150) square meters bounded on
the North by road right of way; on the East by Lot No. 10626-E-4; on the South by Lot No.
10626-D; and on the West by Lot No. 10626-E, part covered by APR No. 2013-110011-00632
declared in the name of LUIS MANZANO. with an assessed value of P15,750.00”

Pursuant to Sec. 1 Rule 74 of the Revised Rules of Court of the Philippines, I hereby
Adjudicate unto myself the above described parcel of land without judicial proceedings as
prescribed by the aforementioned Rules of Court.

I am executing this affidavit to attest to the truth of the foregoing facts and for whatever legal
purpose it may serve.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand this 24th day of January 2020 at
