GOOD PRACTICES
It is a successful experience that works well and produce good results, which over time during the course
of implementation has been repeated and deserves to be shared so that a greater number of people can
adopt it and use as a model. These Practices are not the regular steps or procedures stipulated in the
guidelines but have effective and or helpful.

LESSONS LEARNED
Lessons learned are both the positive and negative experiences of which we discover opportunities for
improvement and recommendations. It also allows the team to discuss things that might have been
done differently, the root causes of problems that occured, and ways to avoid those problems in later
project stages.
