Administration and maintenance of Microsoft Windows Server 2003 and
Microsoft Exchange 2003 Maintenance of Local Area Network, Firewalls & Routers Good knowledge of at least one major data backup solution (e.g. Symantec KEY TASKS AND Backup Exec) RESPONSIBILITIES Experience with antivirus software deployment/management Liaison with all external contractors, suppliers and vendors for the effective procurement of products and services Responsible for telecoms equipment and administration of mobile, fixed line and VOIP Internal training of staff in Microsoft office and other technologies Maintain and update system Policies & Procedures Technical Support: o Provide hardware & software support to office users o Provide remote support to off-site teams, to include software, hardware & VPN problems
A Technical Certification in Computer Science with 2-3 years experience in a
similar role Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Microsoft Exchange 2003 administration and troubleshooting skills Skills & Good knowledge of Active Directory administration and configuration Knowledge and experience of networking LAN & WAN configurations and Experience protocols Required: Knowledge and experience of Antivirus, Backup and Security applications Support of Windows XP & Windows 2000 Must possess excellent problem analysis & troubleshooting skills
