RESOLUTION CONCURRING THE APPOINTMENT OF ______________________________________________

AS THE BARANGAY SECRETARY OF BARANGAY ________________________________________

WHEREAS, the new set Barangay Officials were elected during the Barangay Elections last October 28, 2013 and
assumed office on the noon of November 30, 2013;

WHEREAS, Sections 394 of the Republic Act No. 7160 otherwise known as the Local Government Code of 1991
provides the appointment of Barangay Secretary by the Punong Barangay with the concurrence of the majority of the
Sangguniang Barangay Members;

WHEREAS, the Punong Barangay presented the appointment of ______________________________________________________

as the Barangay Secretary for the concurrence of the Sangguniang Barangay Members after considering his/her
integrity and qualifications;

NOW THERFORE

BE IT RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved by the Sangguniang Barangay of _________________________ in session duly
